AI can answer. But people still have to get the work done.
01
Context gets lost.
Decisions, conversations and earlier results stay scattered across chats, documents and apps, so the background is rebuilt by hand.
02
AI stays outside the work.
The situation keeps changing, but AI is often not connected to the systems and information people use right now.
03
The rest stays manual.
After the answer, someone still has to move information, take the action, check the result and fix mistakes.
An answer is only the beginning. Real work needs follow-through.
02The technological foundation
A model is a beginning. A system needs a core.
We are not building another foundation model. Neia Core is being built as the layer around models — context, memory, knowledge, permissions, tools and result verification — so that models can be replaced without losing the state of the work.
Central application layerSpecialized intelligent systems
Complex technology. Clear purpose.Developed inside Innexis · Limited internal tests · Built toward specialized systems
03Built on clarity
A clear view of where we are.
What exists now, what we are building, and where we want to go.
Current
An internal Neia Core foundation.
Innexis uses today’s AI in its own work and, since August 2026, has built the foundation of Neia Core. As of October 2026 it has been tested only in limited internal, synthetic text-based scenarios — no customers, external systems or commercial use.
In development
Neia Core — and the systems it can support.
Neia is pre-commercial and not yet a customer product. Innexis is developing it in its own environment while building toward specialized intelligent systems for real organizations.
Direction
Intelligence beyond software.
Deeper proprietary physical intelligence, robotics and autonomous physical environments remain a longer-term direction for Innexis.
04Built around the problem
One core. The right system.
One technological foundation is designed to support different systems. The problem decides what belongs.

This sequence illustrates one possible way to shape a system around Neia, once the capabilities it needs are ready. Other Innexis integration projects may use suitable third-party technologies without Neia.
One shared core01 — 05
01
One core.
A shared technological foundation. The starting point, not a fixed product.

05
A system with a purpose.
An appropriate combination. Bounded, understandable and fit to the problem.
Intelligence should never imply unlimited authority. Define the scope, make permissions explicit, verify consequential actions and keep people in control.
Human authority
Defined system boundary
01
Allowed capabilities
A defined scope of action.
02
Verification
Check before proceeding.
03
Human approval
A person decides when it matters.
Beyond the boundary — unavailable to the system.
A design commitment for the systems we are building.
